Experienced Front of House

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or food service, is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Be able to work well in a team.
Be professional with a great work ethic and a positive attitude.
Have a flexible approach to work and a willingness to undertake tasks set.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Demonstrate high standard of appearance and dress at all times.
Own car an advantage.

Chef de Partie

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils and surfaces
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional meal preparation or serving as required
Monitor stock levels and notify management of supplies needed for upcoming shifts
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or catering environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and quality control
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing menus or special dietary requirements
Experience in serving or front-of-house roles is advantageous but not essential
